Cancellation Policy

DM Nature Cure believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 24 hrs of online appointment. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if it is less than 24 hrs.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items from DM Nature Cure please report the same to our DM Care number.
In case you feel that the service provided is not satisfactory you may register a complaint to care@dmnaturecure.com or DM Nature Cure number. All compliants will be viewed seriously and investigated. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the DM Nature Cure, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
